The two main reasons why I am blogging about Animal Testing is because I would like to spread awareness to other people about the devastating truth of Animal Testing, and because I think people should know what products they use every day that test on animals. I personally have been trying to cut down on the use of products that test on animals. My relationship with this topic isn't very good, I do not believe in animal testing and I have been trying to convince my friends and family to stop using products tested on animals. I am someone who is utterly obsessed with animals and to know that when I buy a product from a company that tests on animals, I am helping the big business- not the helpless animals. Stop animal testing!!

Favorite Website
Three website's that I use on a daily basis are Twitter, Instagram, and Youtube! I use twitter to keep my friends from cheerleading, home, and school updated on what I'm currently doing or I use Twitter to share things I find funny or intriguing. On Instagram, I post pictures of what I am doing or where i've been to keep friends from other places posted on what's going on in my personal life. Lastly, I use YouTube to watch tutorials or DIY crafts or even to lighten the mood with funny videos. The design of Twitters sight is to keep posting recent updates from people I follow along with a handy search tool and a button that brings me up a blank space and a keyboard so i can quickly share whats on my mind. This sight offer allows private chat option called Direct Messaging, and a button that tells me all of my notifications. Instagram on the other hand has a similar timeline that is only pictures or videos that people who I follow have posted recently. Also, the timeline displays the likes and comments on each post. The navagation icons on Instagram consist of a Camera button to pull up the camera so you can snap a pic at that moment and quickly upload, a search button so I can look up users or trending hashtags. A home button where I can see my recent feed of photos, a notification button to see who is liking and commenting on my posts, and a profile button where I can view my own profile as if I am someone else. Also, Instagram has a private photo sending button too, where you can send private photos to followers. Lastly, YouTube, Has a suggested videos area where it brings up videos that I haven't watched, but based on previous videos I have viewed, seem as if I would enjoy watching them. YouTube's navigation icons are a big search tool where you can type in anything from usernames, to related words to a video and it will bring up all videos and people. Also, YouTube provides a subscribe option where you can follow your favorite accounts.

Bio
Hi! My name is Briell Bartell and I am from a small town in Connecticut. I have one older brother and I live with my two parents. Up until I graduated from high school, I was a competitive cheerleader and gymnast. I spent the majority of my middle school and high school life traveling around the country for national, US ranked, and international competitions with cheerleading! I hold 20 national titles, 4 US Finals titles, and 1 International title. My life consisted of traveling almost every weekend from early December to the end of May but, it doesn't end there. I had no off season and I cheered twice a day 7 days a week. It was hard to maintain a job and a social life with my hectic cheerleading schedule, but I did the best I could. I worked for my mom who owns a day spa and salon, I kept up with the front desk along with being a cleaning lady, but it didn't stop there, I also had another job. I worked at Wendy's. Nothing I hated more than working there, but it was a job and I needed to pay for gas and such. When I had time off, I would love to hangout with my friends at bon fires, go fishing, go hiking, camping, anything outdoors. I hate being stuck inside. Now, I find myself in the city- completely different from where I grew up and I love it here! So much more to do than being back home in a small town. I now am majoring in Marketing and hopefully run my own marketing firm when I am older!
